+ Where are you based?
I work from my home therapy room close to York city centre. It's a sanctary for you to fully relax in. I will let you know my full address at the time of your booking.
+ Where can I park?
There is private parking on my driveway for you to use, no parking charges or tickets required.
+ What are your payment terms?
Please bring cash to your appointment or you can transfer money direcyly into my account, please ask and I will confirm my banking details.
+ What's your cancellation policy?
Please give as much notice as possible if you can't make your appointment. Thank you for understanding that if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice that I will charge your appointment in full. With more than 24 hours notice, you can reschedule or receive a refund if needed.
+ What's your Covid policy?
Since restrictions are lifted it is not mandatory for you or myself to wear a mask during treatments, however I am happy to wear a mask if you would prefer during your treatment.
